Boy, three, dies falling from second-storey window in London block of flats as woman in her 30s arrested for child neglect ⊖⊖

A woman in her 30s has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect following the incident which took place in Sutton at around 5.20pm on Sunday. She has since been bailed to return at a later date.
