Former MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace has discontinued his High Court claim against the BBC for 'distress and harassment', receiving no damages following his exit from the show.
MasterChef: The Professionals launched series 18 last week, with Matt Tebbutt joining as a new judge - with guest judges also joining him, Monica Galetti and Marcus Wareing.
The Saturdays singer, 44, and the BBC Radio 1 DJ, 45, are said to have signed up for the popular cooking contest, in its first series since host John Torode was sacked.
The Saturday Kitchen star, 52, appeared on the first episode of the culinary contest's 18th season alongside fellow chefs and judges. Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti.
The presenter, who was axed from the BBC series last July in the wake of the allegations, insisted that only two complaints were ever raised during his 20-year tenure.
The former TV presenter, 61, is currently suing the BBC in a bid to access unredacted copies of his personal data - a move that could pave the way for a separate legal claim against the corporation.
The former greengrocer, 61, was dropped following a report which upheld more than 40 allegations relating to his behaviour while filming the hit cooking show.
