Blair, 13, and Brooke Harber, 11, were found dead about 12 hours after the flash floods erupted along the Guadalupe River early Friday morning.
So far 40 adults and 28 children have died since the early hours of the Fourth of July - when rapid rainfall caused the Guadalupe River to surge more than 30 feet above its normal level.
The Guadalupe River rapidly rose by more than 22-feet overnight, before breaking its banks and overtaking several small, rural towns across Kerr County.
