An Indian-made HAL Tejas fighter jet crashed during a demonstration at the Dubai Airshow in United Arab Emirates.
The crash is the second recorded for the HAL Tejas, a key jet in India's efforts to modernise its air force fleet.
The pilot of an Indian combat plane died after the aircraft crashed Friday during a demonstration flight for spectators at the Dubai Air Show, the Indian Air Force said.
The Dubai Airshow opened with a patriotic Al Fursan flyover, major aircraft orders and renewed focus on future air mobility, including flying taxis.
The move is expected to be welcomed by the Trump Administration, which is pushing companies abroad to invest in the U.S.
