A prison inmate has been charged with the murder of Soham killer Ian Huntley, police say.

Anthony Russell , 43, was charged following the assault at HMP Frankland in Durham on February 26. He will appear via videolink at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
