The current policy is that trans men and trans women are entitled to use the pond of their choice.
Trans women could STILL be allowed access to Hampstead Heath women only bathing ponds after consulation ○
Currently, biological women and transgender women are allowed to use the ladies' pond, while men and transgendermen are admitted to the men's pond.
