Sahayb Abu, from Dagenham, east London, was jailed for life with a minimum term of 19 years in 2021 for plotting a lone wolf knife attack during the coronavirus lockdown.
The 49-year-old first sued his brother in 2016 after growing concerned with the manner in which the business was being run. The pair agreed a £4million settlement at the High Court in 2018.
Since 1875, London 's High Court has occupied a central place in British legal life. But amid its archive of rulings, few have caused as much outrage as a judgment upheld here last week.
In High Court documents, the broadcaster said he did not trick a man into sending him explicit photos.
